Thanks for choosing me to slay your nails! My policy is going to be short & sweet cause who has time to read these anyways! 😜💅🏽 - Deposits are required for ALL services. If the deposit is not received 24 hours after scheduling your appointment, it will be canceled. - I give everyone a 10 minute grace period, if you are later than that your appointment will have to be rescheduled. - I’ll repair anything within the first 48 hours for FREE. Any time after you have to pay for any and all repairs. The only thing I will NOT replace for free are specialty stones/pieces. - Sundays are CLOSED, unless I post otherwise. - NO CHILDREN, this is an adult setting. - All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. -CASH is the only payments I accept, deposits are accepted through my website. You have up to 24 hours before the day of your appointment to cancel it. If you do not cancel your appointment within that time, your card will be charged 30%.
